Refund policy

All cameras and gear sold by 88CAMERAS are pre-owned. Each listing includes detailed photos and condition notes so you know exactly what you're purchasing before you buy.

No Returns on Cosmetic Condition

We do not accept returns based on cosmetic condition. Pre-owned cameras may show signs of wear — minor scuffs, scratches, or cosmetic imperfections are expected and reflected in our listing photos. We strongly encourage all customers to review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

When Returns Are Accepted

We will accept a return only in the following cases:
— The item was damaged during shipping.
— The camera arrives non-functional (does not operate as described in the listing).
In either case, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 88camshop@gmail.com with photos of the
item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

How to Initiate a Return

Do not ship any item back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once we've reviewed your claim and approved the return, we'll provide instructions for shipping the item back.
